marketing. It offers networking and career development events, workshops on creative techniques, briefings, facility visits and informative

Construction Industry Group
The Construction Industry Group is open to all marketers working for professional firms, contractors, manufacturers, material suppliers, information providers and specialist marketing consultants, whether or not they are members of CIM.
e-Connections
e-Connections is a forum in which marketing professionals meet in workshop format to share best practice in harnessing information and communications technology (ICT) to marketing strategy in the South East Region.
Food, Drink and Agriculture Group
The Food,Drink and Agriculture Group is a specialist Interest Group operating nationally within the wide church of The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Run by and for the benefit of marketers throughout the food, drink and agriculture sectors.
Hotel Marketing Association
The Hotel Marketing Association (formally the HIMG), has been in existence for over 30 years. The organisation is supported by 11 hotel chains and currently has over 300 individual members.
Marketing Network (The)
The Marketing Network is the official alumni group for graduates of the CIM Intensive Diploma Course (IDC). Its aim is to provide leading edge marketing thinking and opportunity to challenge the accepted practices through intensive 'refresher' weekends.
Medical Marketing Group
The CIM Medical Marketing Group (CIM MMG) was formed in October 2001 with the merger of the CIM Healthcare Industry Group (CIM HIG) and the Royal Counties Branch Healthcare Group (RCB).
These two healthcare groups had both been in existence since 1994.
Both groups had provided a similar benefit for mainly CIM members - a focus of excellence in healthcare marketing.
National Marketing Group for Learning & Business Support (NMG)
We aim to promote a strategic approach to marketing amongst Business Links, LSC's, SBS, Colleges, Training Providers and other people in the learning and business support sectors.
Small Business Group (SBG)
For some years there has been interest in establishing a MIG aimed at meeting the needs of marketing practitioners working in small and medium sized enterprises. (SME)
Currently exists as a 'pilot' across the West and East Midlands.
Travel Interest Group
CIMTIG is recognised by the UK travel industry to be the centre of applied marketing knowledge for the travel industry.
No less than 1,000 members now enjoy the active and tangible benefits of our association, which has become one of the largest cross-sector travel associations in the UK.
